In a dramatic departure from all previous HDMI cable designs, Silver Starlight 6 HDMI cable employs Wireworld’s new, patent-pending DNA Helix cable design, which has 24 conductors – double that of conventional HDMI cables – arranged in an innovative symmetrical geometry that reduces noise while providing a precisely balanced 100-ohm impedance at every point along the cable’s length. These advantages minimize the timing errors known as digital jitter and the resulting data corruption, to produce amazing improvements in sound and image quality.

Transmission speed is a dominant factor in HDMI cable performance. The transmission speed of a cable is directly related to its length and the higher speed of very short cables produces distinctly cleaner sound and sharper images. The DNA Helix HDMI cable design provides faster transmission than conventional HDMI cable designs, thus enabling standard lengths of Silver Starlight 6 to produce lifelike sound and imaging that other cables can only match if they are made extremely short. 

The Silver Starlight 6 HDMI cable incorporates die-cast aluminum connectors and 24 heavily silver-clad OFC conductors in the DNA Helix design, to deliver richer sonic textures and the most tactile images that the finest A/V systems can produce. Common lengths of Silver Starlight 6 HDMI cable are capable of transfer rates above 30 Gigabits per second, far exceeding the HDMI v1.4 High Speed with Ethernet specification of 10.2 Gigabits per second.
