Building on the success of International multi-award winning Island™ 52, the Island™ 6 is the latest entry level HDMI cable from WireWorld.
The Island 6 is a High Speed HDMI Cable with Ethernet – supports the highest approved HDMI data rate, 10.2Gbps, covering 1080p, HD4K, Deep Colour and all 3D formats of the new HDMI v1.4 specification.
The Island™ 6 HDMI benefits from the unique WireWorld award winning proprietary cable design of our high-end cables, which utilize sixteen signal conductors instead of twelve conductors found in conventional HDMI cables. This unique and original design features parallel conductors with two drain wires per shield pair, which reduces attenuation and provides greater impedance uniformity.
The Island™ 6 is also extremely flexible and easy to conceal, it is only 3mm thin and 14mm wide.
The Island™ 6 HDMI is also an ideal cable those who wish to connect their flat screen displays to digital media player, video servers, gaming consoles and home computers.

Eye pattern test is performed to determine the capability of the cable to carry the specified (as laid down by The HDMI Group, LLC) digital video signal over the length of any given HDMI cable.
Whilst other brands choose to highlight favorable and selective results that only provide partial account of compliance, WireWorld tests the entire range of HDMI cables that it manufactures.
